Presenting authors should complete their registration by April 30, 2025.
Lecture Presentations
Lecture presentations will be a total of 15 minutes long (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). Authors should bring their PDF or PPT presentation on a USB drive. Authors will need to upload their slides to the presentation laptop in their session room in the morning or during one of the coffee/lunch breaks prior to their session.
Please note that movies/videos embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to play. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.
Speakers should arrive in their session room no later than 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.
The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations, so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that aspect ratio. There is not a required template.
VIRTUAL: If you select to attend virtually (during the video submission process), we will play your pre-recorded video during the live lecture session. Q&A will be handled on the conference app - there is not Zoom link for virtual presenters to join. In-person presentations will not be streamed via Zoom.
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will take place on July 14 and 15. Each poster presenter is assigned to present on a specific day. Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the full session.
The poster time slots are as follows:
- Poster Session #1: Monday, July 14, 2025 from 18:00 - 19:30
- Poster Session #2: Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 18:00 - 19:30
Authors are required to print their own posters and are responsible for hanging them up before the start of the session and removing them after the session ends. Materials to hang your poster will be provided. Authors should be present by their posters for questions for the full length of the session.
Posters should be no larger than 90 cm wide X 120 cm high. We recommend using A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches)
Virtual poster presenters will not have a live session. The video recording will be made available on the conference platform for attendees to view and ask questions.
