Author Registration Requirements
- For an accepted paper to be presented at the conference, at least one author must be registered for in-person or virtual attendance.
- The Author Registration Deadline is April 30, 2025.
- Paper publication requires presentation at the conference, either in-person or virtual as a paper or poster presentation. IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper that was not presented from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore.
Proceedings Paper
- Contribution to the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore is strongly encouraged.
- Papers can be up to four (4) pages in length.
- Detailed guidance is provided in the abstracts template at https://epapers2.org/isaf2025/ESR/samples.php
- IEEE policy requires a copyright release for each proceedings paper. Without a copyright release on file, your paper cannot be published in the conference proceedings. Further instructions will be included in your decision email.
- Multiple submissions are not acceptable for any proceedings contribution. Please do not submit any manuscript concurrently under active consideration for publication elsewhere.
Proceedings Paper
It is required that all Proceedings PDF submissions be IEEE Xplore compliant. To help you meet this requirement, you must FIRST check to ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF eXpress system BEFORE you submit your paper to the submission web site.
- Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website
- Use this conference ID: 61233X
- Use PDF eXpress to check or create your PDF file
- Once you have an IEEE compliant PDF file, proceed to the IEEE ISAF-ICE-ISIF-PFM 2025 Submission Portal.
NOTE: checking your PDF file for compliance and submitting your Initial Final Paper for review are two separate procedures.
Plagiarism Information
IEEE defines plagiarism as the reuse of someone else’s prior processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences. For additional information see the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board (PSPB) Operations Manual at https://www.ieee.org/opsmanual.pdf, Sections 8.2.1, 8.2.2 and 8.2.4 or email copyrights@ieee.org.
